Payments
Prices are shown in SGD (S$)and are NETT prices, no other tax will be charged of the invoice. Prices are subjected to change from time to time without notification.
We accept 30% bank transfers for ordering, 70% cash on delivery.

Minimum SGD300 purchase to qualify “FREE DELIVERY’in Singapore (one trip) unless otherwise stated.
For bulky items, there will be extra charges if no lift accessible storey
Ground floor – Free of Charge
1st and subsequent non lift accessible floor – SGD10 per storey, Minimum Charges S$30
Your orders are usually delivered within 7-14 working days upon deposit (30%) is received. Please check your address and contact number are correctly stated in the invoice. We reserve
the rights of the delivered items if payment is not in full upon delivery.

Our Storekeeper will do the Quality Check before delivering. 6-mth warranty is applicable to manufacturing defect starting from the date of delivery. Any damage has been caused to
regarding item by customer cannot be exchanged and refundable.
